Your media goes straight to private storage and the work happens on the server. A short clip is usually done in seconds.

English to Thai
Thai is not an afterthought here. The faces are pinned on the server so a Thai line renders the way it should, the layout gives two languages room to sit together, and every finished file is checked before it is handed back.

English and Thai got the attention: the fonts, the line breaking, the way two languages stack without covering the picture. The rest run through the same pipeline and are honest about being newer.
Your media
A video of your family is not content for anybody else. Saykin keeps what it needs for as long as the work takes, then gets rid of it on a clock, not on request.
Your original video or recording is deleted from storage within 24 hours of the job finishing. Nothing about it is kept to train anything.
Finished files and transcripts are removed after seven days. Download or share what you want to keep before then.
The bucket is private and has no public address. The app reaches a file through a signed link that stops working after fifteen minutes.
